And it's true: I get to see firsthand the powerful changes that self-compassion can have in a woman's life, so why not share that with other women? Wouldn't it be amazing if small, intimate groups of women came together to support each other as they learn therapy techniques and grow their self-esteem?

 

I am committed to making group sessions a possibility and now want to connect with women who would be excited to join in a community healing journey. Group therapy is held for a duration of 6 weeks every spring & fall.

 Each session is 90 minutes and is mandatory to attend all sessions.
