30 Day Yoga Challenge

I have been a long time fan of Yoga with Adriene. She is talented, knowledgeable and provides hundreds of free yoga sessions from the comfort of your home. While there are many variations of yoga to try, Adriene's intention is to create awareness, love all parts of ourselves and bring the best you have to the table.

Yoga is an incredible way to self regulate from the bottom up. We can change the dialogue in our body with trauma, create self awareness of emotions we are holding and where, and create a safe and healthy release through breath and movement. Simply noticing what you feel fosters emotional regulation and it helps you to stop trying to ignore what is going on inside you.

It is really easy to feel disconnected from our body, and yoga poses bring awareness to how tight we may be holding our jaw, or how bunched together our shoulders are, and where painful memories are stored.


Adriene creates many 30 day programs that take us on a journey within ourselves. I personally love this 30 day program 'HOME'. It is gentle, soothing and incredibly nurturing. Don't worry, she knows how to secretly light a fire in your muscles as well!
