I’m so glad you are here.

I remember very clearly the first time I started therapy. A little anxious about what to expect, and how it would feel to share my pain with someone. For most of my teen and young adult life I struggled to understand who I was. I remember feeling restored and empowered from my therapy sessions, and I can honestly say they changed my life. The work I did in therapy is what got me here, and to who I am today. I learned to stop the negative chatter to myself about myself, question my thoughts and realize I am enough. This discovery was life changing, and I’ve known ever since that I wanted to do this for a living. I wanted to make sure everyone else felt the same care and empowerment that I did.

My bubbly, empathetic, and playful approach to life are present in each session. I strongly believe that the elements of connection, validation, and even some good laughs, create a therapeutic environment that is comfortable and transformative.

As your therapist, I provide the opportunity for you to be in a space that allows you to express concerns, cry, challenge thoughts, and face struggles that together can be both therapeutic and empowering. I want that safe space to be yours, to feel like home, to be whoever you need to be. Together we will make sure that you feel heard, understood, cared for, and ready for change.
