Empowering Women to Build Confidence, Self-Esteem, and Trust-Through Healing, Connection, and Body Awareness.
I still remember the first time I started therapy. I felt nervous, unsure of what to expect, and a little afraid of saying too much or not knowing what to say at all. At the time, I didn't fully know who I was or how to care for myself in a real way. I often felt stuck in my head, disconnected from my body, and unsure how to move forward.
Therapy changed that for me.
It gave me space to feel what I had been holding in. To soften the way I spoke to myself. To question the thoughts that told me I wasn't enough. And slowly, I began to feel more like myself.. maybe for the first time.
That experience is what brought me here.
Now, I support others in doing this same kind of work: coming home to themselves, healing old wounds, tending to emotions and learning how to feel safe in their own bodies and lives.
I bring warmth, curiosity and a good dose of realness to this work. I'm bubbly and empathetic, but also grounded and deeply attuned. My work blends an array of approaches, all with the intention of supporting you at your own pace.
You don't have to have it all figured out- I sure didn't! You don't need to explain everything perfectly, thats way too hard.
You can cry, be confused, go quiet, or even laugh in the middle of a hard conversation- I love a good laugh cry! All of you is welcome here.
We'll move gently. We'll tune in to what's showing up. We'll follow the thread together. If something here resonates for you, I would be honoured to connect.
