Is your teen feeling anxious, stressed, alone, and misunderstood? I am passionate about providing a safe space for vulnerable teens, where we can focus on coping skills and strategies to help them get through some of the toughest times in life. Sometimes this looks like traditional therapy, sometimes we’ll sit on the floor and let the tears flow to some good music.
How Teen Counselling works
Individual sessions with teens are 50 minutes. I like to take a non-directive approach to therapy and let you/them lead with what feels comfortable. My goal is to create a space that feels like yours!
